1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CloverToto ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at clovertoto.cam.

By accessing the CloverToto platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. CloverToto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account or by a notice prominently displayed on the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the CloverToto Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising both Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player to their CloverToto Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the CloverToto website at clovertoto.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and tools.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before associated winings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's CloverToto Account to an external payment account held by the Player.
• "MYR" / "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the CloverToto Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on CloverToto, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. CloverToto strictly enforces this age limit across all products and services.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where access to such platforms is restricted by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or operating an Account.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or under a voluntary exclusion order issued by any regulatory body or similar authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of CloverToto, or an immediate family member of such a person.

4 Account Registration & KYC

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any Account information that changes. CloverToto reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, CloverToto will close the duplicate account(s), void any bonuses or promotional winings associated with them, and may suspend the original account pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. CloverToto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach is attributable to your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify CloverToto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.

KYC Documentation. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time CloverToto dems necessary, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or bank account in your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where required for compliance purposes.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC documentation is verified. CloverToto will process KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation.

5 Deposits & Payments

CloverToto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimumRM30, maximum RM20,000 per transaction.
• DuitNow Instant Transfer: All major Malaysian banks — minimum RM50, maximum RM50,000 per transaction.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Online, and other participating banks — minimum RM50, maximum RM30,000 per transaction.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 and BTC — MYR equivalent, minimum RM100, maximum RM5000 per transaction.

Deposit limits may be adjusted in accordance with your Account tier and KYC status. CloverToto does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may levy their own charges. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to matching KYC verification. Where this is not possible, CloverToto will process via an alternative verified payment method. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts held in the Player's own name.

Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes from approval.
• Direct Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes from approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC): Subject to on-chain confirmation; typically 15–45 minutes.

CloverToto commits to approving withdrawal requests within four (4) hours of submission during standard operating hours, provided KYC is complete and no compliance review is pending. Processing times represent indicative ranges and are not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies across all payment methods unless otherwise stated. CloverToto does not charge withdrawal fees; however, Cryptocurrency network fees are the responsibility of the Player.

CloverToto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large transactions or where unusual account activity is detected.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by CloverToto are subject to both these general Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the bonus is made available. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated in the promotion details. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds remain active in your Account, a maximum bet limit of RM300 per round or spin applies. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled using eligible games as specified in each promotion. Slot games generally contribute100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer, table games, and sports betting contributions vary and are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions apply a maximum withdrawal amount in respect of bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this limit will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn; only winings generated from the bonus (in excess of the bonus amount) are eligible for withdrawal following completion of wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: CloverToto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player is exploiting promotions, engaging in low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or acting in bad faith.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on CloverToto are subject to the applicable game rules, sports betting rules, and odds as displayed on the Platform at the time of placement. The following general betting conditions apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform system. CloverToto does not accept cancellation requests after confirmation except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, power failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, CloverToto reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake.
• CloverToto reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per market, per event, or per Player at its sole discretion, particularly in relation to sports betting markets.
• Odds for sports betting markets are subject to change up the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed placement govern the payout calculation.
• All live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a discrepancy between the game provider's rules and any CloverToto description, the game provider's rules take precedence.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. CloverToto may apply individual account-level bet limits where it dems this appropriate.

Sports betting markets covered by CloverToto include but are not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, ATP Tennis, and selected international competitions. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CloverToto Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through a payment provider without first contacting CloverToto's support team.
• Abusing bonus and promotion structures, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended solely to clear rollover requirements with minimal risk.
• Sharing account login credentials or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation or other players' experience.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

CloverToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• Where the Player has requested self-exclusion under CloverToto's Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach, CloverToto may withold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, CloverToto may forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part. Real money funds not connected to the breach will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned via the Player's verified payment method following standard KYC checks. Active bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11 Responsible Gambling

CloverToto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent. CloverToto will make reasonable efforts to honour self-exclusion across all channels.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which the Account will be temporarily inaccessible.

CloverToto enforces a strict 21+ age policy. The Platform is not intended for and will not be made accessible to persons under the age of 21. We urge all players to gamble within their means and to seek help if gambling is causing financial or personal difficulties.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloverToto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party failures;
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Actions of third-party payment processors or game providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit CloverToto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CloverToto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or malicious code.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the CloverToto Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content, is the property of CloverToto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without CloverToto's express prior written consent.

14 Privacy & Data

CloverToto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CloverToto will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or to fulfil the services you have requested. Full details are set out in thePrivacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

CloverToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CloverToto is duly licensed and registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players must first contact CloverToto's support team to seek resolution. CloverToto commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days of receipt.

CloverToto operates under internationally recognised gaming regulations. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players in Malaysia are reminded to review applicable local laws and regulations before registering.
